HISTORY-
The Spruce Lane Farmhouse was constructed in 1899 and was originally owned by the Breckon Family. Henry and Margret Breckon lived in the home from 1899 till the 1950's. The house is of a Victoria style and is now used as a museum to display the lifestyle of living on a farm in the late 1800's to early 1900's. Inside the home, there are several artifacts that have been collected to display and reflect that time period.

REPORTED ACTIVITY
-The sounds of footsteps from the second level hallway. General feeling of unease at times, especially during the movement of objects in the house. The opening of doors by themselves.

INVESTIGATION #1 REPORT-
During the set-up period of the evening, Chris had experienced/heard a breathing sound coming from the front guest room of the second level while setting up the dvr cameras. This was captured on audio and is a part of our audio evidence. Shortly after the setup period of the evening, we conducted the usual base readings such as EMF and Temp checks to establish the common levels. There were no
spikes that would indicate anything paranormal during the course of the evening other then envirnomental and very explainable. Steve, Marce, Chris, Mike and Adrien (Bronte Creek Conservation) went into the attic to conduct an EVP session when Marce began to have a feeling of children being present. There was no tangible evidence to back this point through our audio etc.

Throughout the evening we tried to recreate some of the reported aspects from the house. Increase of activity upon the removal of certain objects - many of these events could not be recreated to the point of being able to explain. These need to be researched at great length to better understand. Once again during a sit down EVP session in the front guest room, there was a moment in which Marce, Linda and Adrian (Bronte Creek Conservation) had experienced/heard the yawning of a male not present in the room. This was also captured on audio and is presented in the evidence gallery.

Nearing the end of the investigation, Steve decided to conduct an EVP session in the front parlor room where Henry Breckon's funeral was held. During the session Steve started to experience an overwhelming feeling that there were children present in the room with him, so his questions became directed in a manner that might have an effective contact made with them. Within minutes of this, Steve was tugged on the arm. Now, the first action would be to explain this, but it is seeming that audio captured minutes before would back many aspects up. The presence of children in the home seems to be an angle that Southern Ontario Paranormal Society would like to further research and investigate very soon.

DVR video, photos didn't provide anything tangible to present as possible evidence.
